Learn how to trade digital assets safely and efficiently on the platform
OTC (Over-The-Counter) trading is direct digital asset trading between users, with the platform acting as escrow to protect both parties.
Verified merchants post buy/sell ads with price, amount, and payment methods. Users browse ads and place orders directly.
After an order is placed, seller assets are locked by the platform. After buyer payment, the seller releases crypto to the buyer wallet. The platform safeguards the whole process.
Supports bank transfer, ABA, and other fiat payment channels. Choose the method you prefer.
When auto release is enabled, the order completes once the buyer marks payment as made, without waiting for manual seller confirmation.
Verified merchants can post their own buy/sell ads and earn from spreads.

Filter ads in the OTC market by asset, amount, and payment method. Enter the amount and place an order. The system creates the order and locks seller assets. The order status becomes Pending Payment.
Use the seller payment details shown on the order page and complete fiat transfer within 30 minutes. If unpaid after timeout, the order is automatically cancelled and locked assets are released back to the seller.
After transfer, return to the order page and tap "I Have Paid". The order enters Pending Release, and the seller must release within 30 minutes.
After receiving fiat, the seller taps Release. If auto release is enabled, the system completes immediately after the buyer marks payment. Digital assets move from frozen status to the buyer wallet.

The following safeguards help protect your account and assets.
Upload an ID card or passport to complete verification. OTC trading is unavailable before KYC approval.
Bind Google Authenticator. Login, trading, and withdrawal require dynamic codes for stronger security.
Add and manage your payment/receiving methods. Bank account and ABA are supported.
Set a separate trading password for sensitive confirmations, independent from your login password.
All trades, freezes, releases, and transfers have complete bill records for later review.
Every OTC trade has a detailed bill: amount, fee, and balances before and after.
Ad collateral freeze, order asset lock, and release after delisting are all traceable in ledger records.
On-chain transfer records include order number, TXID, receiving address, and explorer links.
Order status changes, margin changes, and platform announcements are sent by app push and in-app messages.
If issues occur during trading, use the built-in appeal system and platform support will arbitrate.
Tap Appeal on the order detail page, provide the reason, and upload chat screenshots or payment proof as evidence
Platform support reviews evidence from both parties and verifies the case
The platform decides based on evidence, assigns assets to the rightful party, and notifies both sides
Sort ads by completion rate and completed order count. Prefer merchants with strong history.
Complete payment within 30 minutes after ordering. After payment, the seller has 30 minutes to release, otherwise the system auto-appeals.
Use built-in chat to confirm details, such as bank arrival time. Good communication keeps trades smooth.
Enable app push notifications so order changes and appeal results arrive on time.
