Before accessing, registering for, depositing, withdrawing, or otherwise using Anwin wallet services, please carefully read this Anwin Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer (this “Risk Disclosure”).

Digital assets and related wallet services involve high risks and are not suitable for all users. You may lose all principal, all digital assets, or suffer material losses due to compliance review, technical failure, blockchain network conditions, address errors, regulatory changes, or other reasons. You should use the platform only after fully understanding and independently assessing the relevant risks.

Article 1 Digital Asset Price and Market Risk

Digital asset prices may be affected by global macroeconomic conditions, regulatory policies, market sentiment, project fundamentals, technical events, on-chain activity, and third-party market environments. Prices may fluctuate sharply within a very short period, fall substantially, or even approach zero. Historical prices, historical returns, market popularity, community size, third-party ratings, or past performance do not indicate future results.

Article 2 Deposit and Withdrawal Processing Risk

Deposit and withdrawal requests may be affected by block confirmations, blockchain network congestion, node abnormalities, address screening, compliance review, system maintenance, third-party infrastructure, or other factors. Such requests may be delayed, fail, be rejected, or require manual review.

The platform does not guarantee that any deposit or withdrawal request will be completed within a specific time. The actual processing result is subject to on-chain status, platform records, risk review, and applicable rules.

Article 3 Technical and Operational Risk

1. On-chain activity is generally irreversible;

2. Depositing to or withdrawing from an incorrect address, chain, contract address, or network may result in permanent loss of assets;

3. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, node failures, reorganizations, protocol upgrades, or interruptions;

4. Smart contracts, wallet software, node services, or third-party tools may have defects, vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues;

5. If your device, email account, mobile number, browser, or network environment is compromised, tampered with, hijacked, or infected with malware, you may be unable to access your account normally or may suffer asset loss.

Article 4 Custody and Platform Risk

If you use custodial wallet, internal ledgering, or related wallet services processed by the platform, you understand and accept that:

1. Your digital assets may be held in custody, frozen, recorded, released, or adjusted in platform account records by the platform or its designated arrangements in accordance with platform rules;

2. Although the platform will adopt reasonable security controls, it may still be affected by hacking, internal error, third-party service interruption, misuse of permissions, system failure, on-chain abnormalities, or other events;

3. Digital asset custody is generally not protected by traditional bank deposit insurance, investor protection funds, or government guarantees, unless expressly required by applicable law.

Article 5 Wallet Address and Withdrawal Risk

Deposit addresses, withdrawal addresses, chains, tags, or memo information are critical to asset security. If you enter, select, or use an incorrect address, chain, tag, or unsupported asset type, assets may fail to be credited, withdrawals may fail or be delayed, or assets may be permanently lost.

Based on address risk labels, sanctions lists, on-chain risk scores, abnormal patterns, or other compliance reasons, the platform may manually review, delay, reject, restrict, or otherwise handle relevant deposit or withdrawal requests.

Article 6 Compliance, Sanctions, and Regulatory Risk

Laws, regulations, regulatory policies, tax rules, and sanctions measures relating to the digital asset industry continue to change worldwide. Based on applicable laws and regulations, court orders, regulatory requirements, sanctions policies, KYC/KYT results, address risk labels, source-of-funds review, or law enforcement investigations, the platform may review, delay, reject, restrict, freeze, or terminate your account, assets, deposit requests, withdrawal requests, or related services.

The laws of your jurisdiction may also restrict your ability to hold, deposit, withdraw, or use digital asset wallet services.

Article 7 Cybersecurity and Fraud Risk

Phishing, fake customer support, counterfeit apps, counterfeit websites, social engineering, SIM attacks, device malware, remote control tools, malicious links, QR code substitution, and other fraudulent methods may cause account theft, asset loss, or leakage of sensitive information.

The platform will not request passwords, verification codes, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive authentication information from you through unofficial channels.

Article 8 Third-Party and Infrastructure Risk

Some platform services may rely on blockchain networks, node service providers, cloud service providers, KYC/KYT service providers, communications service providers, wallet infrastructure providers, security technology providers, or other third parties.

Failures, delays, defaults, insolvency, data errors, security incidents, or service termination by the foregoing third parties may affect your use of platform services.

Article 9 Force Majeure and Emergency Event Risk

Earthquakes, fires, floods, infectious diseases, wars, riots, terrorist attacks, large-scale network outages, power failures, government actions, court orders, public facility interruptions, or other force majeure events may cause service suspension, deposit or withdrawal delays, asset restrictions, data inconsistencies, or other losses.

Article 10 Tax Risk

Holding, depositing, withdrawing, or using digital asset wallet services may create tax filing, payment, withholding, or disclosure obligations in one or more jurisdictions.

The platform does not provide tax advice and does not guarantee that any asset arrangement or use of wallet services will have a particular tax result. You should consult a professional tax adviser and fulfill your relevant obligations.

Article 11 Non-Investment Advice Statement

Asset information, risk alerts, educational content, announcements, customer support replies, service descriptions, or other materials provided by the platform are for general information only and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any form of return promise, principal protection promise, or value guarantee.

You should make your own independent judgment and consult professional advisers when necessary.

Article 12 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

1. Assessing your own risk tolerance and financial condition;

2. Checking deposit addresses, withdrawal addresses, chains, asset types, amounts, tags, and memo information;

3. Properly protecting your account, email account, mobile number, verification codes, and device security;

4. Understanding and complying with the laws, tax rules, and sanctions requirements of your location;

5. Taking responsibility for your own wallet activity, asset management, and funding arrangements.

Article 13 Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable, or shall be liable only to the minimum extent required by law, for losses, delays, price changes, request failures, asset restrictions, or other adverse consequences caused by:

1. Digital asset price volatility, abnormal market conditions, or changes in third-party market environments;

2. Your own operational errors, including but not limited to incorrect addresses, chains, networks, amounts, tags, or authorizations;

3. Failures, delays, or restrictions of third-party service providers, blockchain networks, node service providers, or other infrastructure;

4. Your violation of platform rules, laws and regulations, or regulatory requirements;

5. Regulatory changes, court orders, law enforcement investigations, sanctions restrictions, or compliance review;

6. Force majeure events or events beyond the platform’s reasonable control.

This disclaimer does not apply where the loss is directly caused by the platform’s willful misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence.
